Provide transitional shelter for men and women. Couples must seperate.
Clients receive access to shelter, case management, food, clothing,
laundry service, housing resources, and employment services. Residents
must be alcohol and drug free and are subject to breathalyzer and
urinalysis testing. Shelter is available 2-3 months for men and up to 11
months for women, given cooperation with the case manager and shelter
rules.

FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES: The Family Nursery provides respite for
"at-risk" parents. Children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years old, attend
"class" two mornings a week from

. The Nursery also
offers case management services, home visits, and parent coaching.
Families Together is an intensive 20 week parenting class. Each class has
a lab time for the first two hours where parents practice new skills with
their children with staff coaching. A large group session is then held
where the parents learn anger management, behavior management, child
development, and self care/self esteem. Parents meet one-on-one with a
Family Interventionist, as well.
