Getting Help
If this is a life threatening
emergency dial 911 or go to the nearest hospital or emergency room!!!
Since my practice is now closed, I am not
available for follow-up appointments or medication refills.
I strongly advise against
stopping or changing medications without professional guidance. Doing this could
result in withdrawal, overdose, relapse of mental health symptoms, and could be
life-threatening or result in death.
If you have not arranged to follow-up with a
local mental health provider, I would suggest that you contact your primary care
doctor about medication questions and refill needs.

always willing and ready to see patients regardless of ability to pay.
